This is homage to Twiggy, one of the most famous supermodels of all time, and an icon of the 1960's.. She was known for her huge eyes and for drawing big black lashes under her bottom eyelashes, a look I've really grown to love. And, not only was she a teenage supermodel, but also a successful singer and actress. (And still is!)

She was called the "Face of '66".

I've always been fascinated with Twiggy's face - her kind of androgynous look, the way she stared at the camera, her big eyes. I also really like models and their faces especially. I'm sorry the quality of this is so bad (I find now I'm favoring film photos more than pixely digital ones), but =saturdayx once said something really great: "Who said that photography is about quality? It's also about how a model can share emotions through a simple photograph."

It is a little bit noisy, but I really like the concept here. You definitely look like a spitting image her, it's amazing. I really love the colour scheme.
